Returns & Refunds

At MiroirGlam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Lingerie items must have the hygiene seal intact
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items marked "non-refundable" cannot be returned

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account and initiate a return request
  2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
  3. Include the completed return form (we'll email this to you)
  4. Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we'll ship the replacement item once we process your return

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
